The user fees for residential sewer service are billed to property owners regardless of usage or occupancy.  User fees are collected to fund the collections, treatment and distribution of recycled water in Fountain Hills.

Fountain Hills Sanitary District offers numerous options to make paying your bills easy. Autopay is a free service and ensures your sewer user fee is paid on time, deducting from your bank account on the bill due date.
