Ways to Pay Your Bill

Pay with no additional fees:



ACH Auto Pay

The Auto Pay (ACH) program automatically deducts the balance due on the quarterly due date from your checking or savings account. Your quarterly invoice will have a message stating, “Do not pay this bill” when enrolled in Auto Pay has been activated.

ACH Enrollment



Bill Pay

Initiated by customers through their financial institutions online bill pay service. Please include the book and account number when setting up FHSD as the payee. Processing time varies based on financial institution.



Available 24/7 and located on the island adjacent to the Main office. Please do not leave cash in the drop box.

Payments made on the 3rd Party site, Invoice Cloud

Customers wanting convenience to make one-time or set up recurring payments through a card or digital methods can sign up to use our third-party payment processor, Invoice Cloud. Service fees of 1.5% for all payment listed except $1.00 for E-checks.

Online Bill Pay Enrollment



Pay by Phone

Check your account balance 24/7 with our automated phone service. Call 877-326-2261 for a one-time payment with a credit/debit card or E-check. A separate convenience fee of 1.5% will be added to a card payment and $1.00 for E-check. Allow 1-2 business days for payments to post to your account.


