Ways to Pay Your Bill
Pay with no additional fees:
ACH Auto Pay
The ACH Auto Pay program automatically deducts the balance due on the quarterly due date from your checking or savings account. Your quarterly invoice will have a message stating, “ACH Automatic Payment – Do not pay” when Auto Pay enrollment has been set up.
Bill Pay
Initiated by customers through their financial institutions online bill pay service. Please include the book and account number when setting up FHSD as the payee. Processing time varies based on financial institution.

Monday through Thursday from 7:00am to 4:00pm and Friday 7:00am to 1:00pm, except holidays.
Drop Box
Available 24/7 and located on the island adjacent to the Main office. Please do not leave cash in the drop box.

Make one-time or set up recurring payments.
A service fee of 1.5% ($1.00 for E-checks) will be added by the 3rd party payment processor.
Pay by Phone
Call 877-326-2261 to pay with a credit/debit card or E-check. Allow 1-2 business days for payments to post to your account.
